About Salisa
I’m Salisa — a thinking partner for experienced professionals navigating transition, complexity, and change.
My work is grounded in the belief that sustainable success doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from creating the clarity and alignment needed to move forward with intention.
Over the course of a long career in leadership and financial services, I’ve worked inside complex, performance-driven organizations. I understand the pressure leaders carry — to deliver results, manage people, and navigate constant change — often while quietly wrestling with their own questions about alignment and direction.
I know how easy it is to stay productive and capable while setting aside the deeper thinking that meaningful leadership requires. My work creates space to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what truly fits now — not just what’s expected.
I bring more than three decades of experience — beginning my career as an individual contributor and moving into leadership roles in 2004. My work lives at the intersection of strategy and self-awareness, supporting insight, integration, and deliberate action.
Having operated both as a high-performing individual contributor and as a senior leader, I understand the pressures and perspectives at each level — and the clarity required to move thoughtfully between them.
I aim to be the kind of thinking partner I once needed: steady, curious, and deeply respectful of the whole person.
Working with Organizations
In addition to individual coaching engagements, I partner with organizations seeking experienced external coaching support for senior leaders and high-potential talent.
With more than three decades of experience inside performance-driven environments — including over 20 years in leadership roles — I understand the realities leaders face. I have navigated strategic priorities, organizational dynamics, talent development, and sustained performance expectations from multiple vantage points within the system.
My coaching supports leaders during critical moments: executive transitions, expanded scope, strategic inflection points, and periods of cultural or structural change. Engagements are structured, confidential, and aligned with organizational context while preserving the reflective space leaders need to think clearly and lead well.
I am comfortable partnering with HR, Talent, and senior leadership teams to ensure alignment and clarity of purpose throughout the engagement.
I hold both the individual and the system in view — ensuring insight translates into measurable forward movement.
